Drop-N-Go Policy/Service Agreement:

It is wise to speak with DROP-N-GO for details of items that are prohibited for safety or legal reasons. If you have doubts about whether particular materials are permitted to be placed in the rented dumpster, please check before placing them in the dumpster. As a Drop-N-Go Waste customer, you will be fully responsible for the entire contents of the dumpster and the rightful owner of the contents of the dumpster until the contents are disposed of and accepted, without objection, by the county landfill.

We at Drop-N-Go waste will always do our best to lay down boards to protect paved, concreted, and walkway surfaces, however, Drop-N-Go Waste will not be responsible for damages to pavement, concrete, grass, yards, or walkways.

Take care, not to overload or make the dumpster too heavy for DROP-N-GO Waste to drive away. Additional charges and penalties could incur from overloading the dumpster by NCDOT and Drop-N-Go Waste and would be the sole responsibility of the customer. There could be a fee from $100.00 up to $500.00 assessed for overloading the dumpster. Please do not block or move the rented dumpster. Blocking access or moving/damaging our dumpsters is the sole responsibility of the customer and could result in a fee/damage fee.

Drop-N-Go Waste requires billing information and a set fee at the time of service. The price quoted will include container delivery, one pickup, and the first ton of debris. Additional tonnage will be billed at the county Landfill rate over the initial one-ton allowance.
